Our 14 Day Free Trial is a great place to start! 

The first step is to call, email us or fill out one of the opt in forms on this site to set up your free, private introductory lesson. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. 

You get a free consultation and to truly see what we have to offer.  If you don't feel it's for you, no problem.  We part as friends and you just had yourself a nice little mini work out.  

But, keep in mind, we wouldn't offer a 14 day free trial if almost all didn't fall in love with it and want to get started right away.  And, that is what we believe will happen with you as well. 

The most important thing is to remember that you DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN ANY SHAPE WHATSOEVER to get started with us.  It is OUR job to get you back up to speed and beyond. 

We supply the motivation and the guidance each individual may need. The next most important thing to keep in mind is that NOBODY IS JUDGING YOU HERE.  You are about to come to a CrossFit gym with some of the nicest people you could ever meet.  We are all in this together no matter at what point in our CrossFit journey we are in.  

During your free private introductory lesson, you will learn how to perform some fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts the next time you come in to train with us.
